DMXGEAR guarantees you will be satisfied with our luxury men underwear that brings comfort to all men. In the case you will not be satisfied with purchase order from DMXGEAR, we will accept your of any new, unused items with original tags for refund. It’s so easy.
Fill in the return form, sign it and send it to DMX UNDERWEAR (the provider and owner of DMXGEAR brand) to the Czech Republic. We will accept all refund forms within one month from purchase order.

Any order processed though the www.dmxgear.com website is subject to a complete acceptance of any term or provision included in this Agreement. Your acceptance occurs at the check-out time, when you voluntary tick the “terms acceptance” check box.
Orders will only be taken into account after payment is approved.
Items or articles which are presented on the site are only available until the stocks are out. DMXGEAR does not guarantee the availability of the products on sale for any given period. For all shipments outside the Czech Republic, the indicated prices do not include any taxes, possible duties or brokerage: taxes, brokerage or duties will be billed and collected (if applicable) by your local custom broker or freight forwarder who may require immediate payment of the fees on delivery of the package.
Any refused or unclaimed packages coming back to DMXGEAR will be credited as per follows: the freight portion is not to be credited and the goods will be credited at 50% (justification of a 50% restocking fee). The amount will be credited to your bank account.
DMXGEAR has the right to make changes to the prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced based on the basis of the prices given at the time the order is made. Credit will also be made at the amount invoiced.
You are responsible to check all the items ordered when you do your check-out. You can make corrections before proceeding to payment.
You are also responsible to verify the shipping method you selected and to pay for the related fees.
Processing time: your orders will be proccessed in priority and shipped as fast as possible. The maximum processing time should not go beyond 3 business days: the present processing time is 2 business days.
Transport: if you choose Standard Delivery method via the Czech Post Service. For most in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the Czech Republic, you should expect to receive your order within 1-2 days. The Europe countries delivery dates is between 7-10 business days but it depends on your delivery area.
DMXGEAR takes your protection and security very seriously and may be asking (in doubt about your identity) for additional relevant documents (proof of residency, passport information). This is only to avoid the fraudulent use of credit card numbers.
You have a 30 days period after the reception of your goods to notify us (email@example.com) if the products do not correspond to your order , or if they are damaged. If so, we will walk you through the replacement process.
Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, health code regulations prohibits us from accepting the return of underwear.
We take these regulations very seriously. Therefore, we will only accept returns if they have a manufacturing defect or if we’ve accidently sent the wrong size/style.
